1. Getting started
   Build a tracker in a new spreadsheet and look around with the sample deploy.
2. Plan a deploy
   Set up the deploy: the changes, teams, stages, steps and gates.
3. Estimates and practice runs
   How plan hours are worked out, and how practice runs replace guesses.
4. Order, waits and handoffs
   Put every team's steps in one order, and pass IDs from one team to the next.
5. Smoke tests and sign-off
   Check each change works, and have the business sign off the result.
6. Run the deploy
   Lock the tracker, work through the runlist, and make the go or no-go calls.
7. After the deploy
   Close out the deploy and keep the tracker as the record.
